This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform.

Validity of Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and refund will only be considered if the a transaction was not completed, errored or cancelled by the user, after the payment was made. User should wait for upto 24 hours for the platform account to receive ordered assets. CRX Dgital Asset Services does not process refunds or cancellation requests for completed or pending transactions.

Refund Duration

In case of any refunds approved by CRX Dgital Asset Services, it will take upto 7 days for the refund to be processed to you.
